About Curaloya

Curaloya was built to solve a very specific problem: in Guatemala it is hard to quickly find a doctor, clinic, or diagnostic center you can trust, and to reach them directly without paperwork. We are a medical directory — not an insurer and not a clinic — connecting patients with health professionals by WhatsApp or phone, with no account required.

Every profile in the directory carries a verification level (identity and professional licensing) shown as a badge: “Public listing” or “Verified account”. That badge is not a rating of medical quality — reputation and reviews are shown separately — but a transparency signal about how much we have been able to confirm about each professional.
